{Re}HAPPENING 2025

Interested in becoming a volunteer?

The {Re}HAPPENING is a community effort and fundraiser and we need as much help as we can get to make it happen. In exchange for your help, volunteers will receive:

  • One 2 Hour Shift: FREE Admission (and parking)
  • Two 2 Hour Shifts: FREE Admission (and parking) + 1 Drink Voucher
  • Three or more 2 Hour Shifts: FREE Admission (and parking) + 1 Drink Voucher + BMC T-Shirt

If you would like to help, we could use your skills in the following areas:

  • Parking
  • Set-up/Clean-up (Friday, Saturday + Sunday)
  • Ticketing
  • Volunteer + Membership Table
  • Bartenders
  • Tech help
  • Videography/Photography

If you are interested in volunteering please fill out the 2025 Call for Volunteers Google Form linked below. Our staff will get back to you about your assignment in advance of the event.
