Curator Eric Baden discusses The Cloud Library, a consideration of photographic engagement with the sky and one of its more visually transformative elements, clouds. The Cloud Library, Volume I, part of photo+sphere, exhibits the of work 10 contemporary photographers and is on display October 23-November 20, 2018 at the Elizabeth Holden Gallery at Warren Wilson College where Baden is professor of art. David McConville: Buckminster Fuller Institute

Co-chair of the Buckminster Fuller Institute, David McConville will be giving a talk, Beyond the “Whole Earth,” honoring the 50th anniversary of the publication of Buckminster Fuller’s Operating Manual for Spaceship Earth. McConville is a media artist and researcher who develops tools and techniques for exploring the big picture context of the complex challenges facing humanity. FREE
